   Our Mission
The Women's Resource Center provides crisis intervention, advocacy, education and prevention services for a diverse population of victims or individuals at risk of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault, by promoting positive changes for individuals served and the broader community in Racine County.

How You Can Help!

Our volunteers work in a variety of programs including crisis line, children's programs, clerical, maintenance and special projects. If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer your time, please call 262-633-3274 or

We provide food, shelter and clothing to residents we serve, but the center also has other needs. A wish list is always available. The Women's Resource Center had several locations before our current "home". Security and safety are the most important factors in our location Consequently, we have been blessed to have space, security and safety for the families who trust us with helping them during this transitional time.
